Egyptian pound inches higher against dollar in early Monday trading
The Egyptian pound gained slightly against the US dollar in early Monday trading, with some banks quoting the currency at 47 pounds per dollar, according to official exchange data.
As of 11:01 a.m. Cairo time (09:01 GMT), the pound was trading at:
