Gold prices in Egypt rose on Sunday, tracking global market trends, according to official pricing data.
By 15:46 local time (1346 GMT), 24-carat gold was trading at 6,942.75 Egyptian pounds per gram, up 120 pounds, or 1.76 per cent, from Thursday’s close of 6,822.75 pounds.
