27 women leaders win Top 50 Most Influential Women Award at Amwal Al Ghad 2026

Twenty-seven women leaders from across government, banking, academia, technology, healthcare, and business were named winners of the Top 50 Most Influential Women Award at the Amwal Al Ghad Awards Ceremony 2026 on Monday, in recognition of their contributions to Egypt’s economic and social development.

The awards were presented in collaboration with the Top 50 Women Forum, a platform focused on promoting female leadership and advancing the role of women across Egypt’s public and private sectors.

The winners included:

• Hoda Dahroug, Advisor to the Minister of Communications and Information Technology for Digital Community Development and Regional Director of the Digital Transformation for Sustainable Development Project in Egypt.
• Nada El Agizy, Director of Sustainable Development and International Cooperation Department at the League of Arab States.
• Soheir Abdullah, President of EgyptAir for In Flight Services.
• Eng. Maha Fahim, Technical Advisor for Urban Planning to the Minister of Housing and former Chair of the General Organisation for Physical Planning.
• Solafa Goueli, Executive Director of the National Training Academy.
• Salma Yousry Amin, Assistant Minister for International Cooperation at the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research.
• Hanan Wagdy, Egyptian Senator and member of the Economic and Investment Committee.
• Ola Gamal, Assistant Sub-Governor for Digital Licensing at the Central Bank of Egypt.
• Dina Waked, Professor of Law and Dean of the School of Research at Sciences Po Paris.
• Ghada Mostafa, Deputy Chief Executive Officer and Executive Board Member at the Agricultural Bank of Egypt.
• Soha El Turky, Deputy Chief Executive Officer and Executive Board Member at the National Bank of Egypt.
• Lamis Ragab, Vice President of NewGiza University.
• Hala Salem Elmenoufy, Acting President of Misr University for Science and Technology and Dean of the College of Oral and Dental Surgery.
• Aleya Abdel Hadi, Chairman of the Arts and Music Education Sector Committee at the Supreme Council of Universities.
• Mona Hassan Kotb Mohamed, Vice President of the Transport Planning Authority.
• Hanan Girgis, Executive Vice President at Baseera.
• Walaa Salah Eldeen, Director of CSR and Innovation at Telecom Egypt.
• May Fathi Waly, Principal of the Middle School and IBMYP Coordinator at Green Land Pré Vert International Schools.
• Wessam El Beih, Regional Director for the Middle East and North Africa at Canada’s International Development Research Centre.
• Noha Ali Bakr, Political Science Professor at the American University in Cairo and former member of the National Council for Human Rights.
• Asmaa Salman, General Director of Marketing and Business Development at the Egypt Healthcare Authority.
• Neveen Mohamed Abdelkader, Head of EdTech Innovation and University Relations at Valeo Worldwide.
• Riham Fathy Ellaw, Executive Board Member for Corporate Governance and Business Development at Nassar Group.
• Aya Salah, Head of Human Resources and General Affairs at Nissan Egypt.
• Nermeen El Nawawi, Chief Marketing Officer for Mobil Delvac Lubricants at ExxonMobil.
• Heba Soliman, Professor of Electrical Engineering and Training and Career Development Director at Port Said University.
• Menna Gamal, Cybersecurity Director and Cyber Advisory Tower Lead at PwC Egypt Technology and Innovation Centre.

Held under the patronage of Prime Minister Moustafa Madbouly, the 11th edition of the Amwal Al Ghad Awards Ceremony brought together senior government officials, business leaders and policymakers under the theme “Leading the Narrative: Shaping the Future.”
