Telecom Egypt’s CEO Says EGP 50 mln Allocates for Social Responsibility

 Eng. Mohamed Al-Nawawi, CEO of Telecom Egypt-TE (ETEL.CA), said EGP 50 million has been allocated to the social responsibility within this year, pointing out that the telecom sector will be contributing with EGP 35 billion annually, which equivalent to 3.5% of Gross national income (GNI).

Al-Nawawi has explained that there are 97 million users for the mobile phone, 33 million for the internet and 3.5 million for the high-speed internet ‘broadband strategy’.
