On behalf of the Egyptian Finance Ministry, the Central Bank of Egypt will be offering today four issuances of treasury bonds totaled EGP 8 billion.
Throughout its official website, the CBE stated that it will be auctioning EGP 2 billion in 18-month zero-coupon bonds alongside 3-year treasury bonds worth EGP 2 billion.
Additionally, the central bank said it will offer 5-year t-bonds as well as 10-year t-bonds, each worth EGP 2 billion.
Within the third quarter of the current fiscal year, the Egyptian government is targeting the issuance of treasury bonds and treasury bills totaling EGP 203 billion, compared to EGP 206.5 billion offered during previous quarter.
