PM Visits El Amari Area, Inspects Sofitel Road

Prime Minister Ibrahim Mahlab has inspected on Sunday 16/8/2015 Sofitel road, during his visit to Luxor, which is 8 km long; connecting the Sofitel Hotel with the airport. The work has been stopped there since 2011 for the lack of financial allocations.

It was planned to implement the project through three stages. The first phase has been completed from the airport to Yesse bridge, and the remaining cost required for the completion of the project is estimated at 63 million pounds, as confirmed by Luxor Governor.

Prime Minister gave his directives to make available the remaining costs required to finish the project as soon as possible.
