BREAKING: Egyptian Military helicopter crashed in Cairo-Ismailia Road

A technical malfunction caused an Egyptian military helicopter to crash on the Cairo-Ismailia Road, the army’s spokesman announced on his official Facebook page Saturday.

The helicopter was engaged in routine scouting when an unexpected mechanical error occured, the statement added.

The helicopter’s crew were transported to a nearby hospital.
