The investment portfolio of Cairo-based Iskan Insurance Company reached 197.2 million Egyptian pounds (US$25.2 million) by the end of the financial year 2014-15, its managing director Hammam Badr said Saturday.
Badr further told Amwal Al Ghad that revenues on investment portfolio registered 15 million pounds by end of June 2015.
Meanwhile, Iskan has requested Egypt’s General Authority for Investments (GAFI) to complete measures to increase its capital to 100 million pounds, Badr said.
Total equity rights recorded 108 million pounds by the end of FY 2014-15. Iskan’s assets surged to 146 million pounds by end of June 2015.
