Mazaya Qatar, one of the region’s fastest growing real estate development companies, will be taking a major role in the Cityscape Qatar Exhibition, which takes place from 23-25 May in Doha.
The company will be exhibiting at a 70m2 booth, to showcase its past, present and upcoming projects to investors, analysts, developers and political decision-makers, and Mazaya Qatar’s CEO Seraj Al Baker will be speaking on an expert panel on Wednesday afternoon.
Cityscape, backed by industry leaders, is an event that seeks to support Qatar’s continued real estate growth by providing a platform that will highlight high growth investment opportunities, showcase innovative products and underline sustainable developments.
It serves as a platform to bring together international, regional and local investors, architects and designers, real estate developers, governmental authorities and senior executives involved in the design and construction of public and private real estate developments from Qatar and internationally.
It is a perfect opportunity for real estate developers to engage with different stakeholders, as the government had embarked on ambitious real estate, construction and infrastructure projects. Following the success of the World Cup bid, Qatar has introduced over $100bn in new projects, many of which are already underway including residential, commercial, retail, and hospitality developments.
Mr Al Baker will be leaning on 37 years experience in the industry to speak on a Keynote Discussion Panel entitled “Determining Qatar’s economic forecast leading up to 2030 and beyond”. The panel will be outlining Qatar’s market fundamentals and demographic forecasting; assessing the impact of the global financial crisis on the real estate sector; asking what role the real estate sector plays in advancing Qatar’s economic strategy; looking at improving efficiency, transparency and accountability to bolster growth; and reviewing the economic strengths of Qatar and its real estate market projections for post-2022: What will happen after the World Cup?
The audience will be a distinguished and varied one, with over 3,000 delegates attending the conference as a whole. Cityscape Qatar has already attracted a large number of prestigious exhibitors alongside Mazaya Qatar, including Al Khalij Commercial Bank “Al Khaliji”, Al Waab City, Barwa Real Estate Company, Commercial Bank of Qatar, Dlala Real Estate Co, Ezdan Real Estate, First Qatar Real Estate Development, Mazaya Qatar Real Estate Development, Qatar Coral For Real Estate Development LLC, QNB, KEO, Turner International Middle East – Qatar and the United Development Company. As a result, it will be an unparalleled opportunity to engage with a plethora of stakeholders in this burgeoning sector.
