The multinational consumer goods company Unilever achieved sales volume of around €53.3 billion in 190 states during 2015, Managing Director at Unilever Mashreq, Ashraf Bakry stated Monday.
He made these remarks during Kamel Karamak campaign that Unilever launched Monday in cooperation with Egyptian Food Bank and Supply ministry.
The launching ceremony was attended by Planning Minister Ashraf El Araby, Social Solidarity Minister Ghada Wali, Tourism Minister Yehia Rashid, Minister of Antiquities Khaled al Anani, and Giza Governor Mohamed Kamal Al-Dali.
Unilever is one of the prominent global firms in consumer goods field since it has more than two million consumers all over the world and encompasses around 169,000 employees.
Bakry added that developing countries and emerging markets seize 58 percent of Unilever’s products in 2015, including more than 400 brands notably Dove, Knorr, Sun Silk, Lux, Lipton, Vaseline, and Omo.
