Egypt is preparing to offer 100 feddans in a public land tender in Red Sea governorate through the one-stop window for tourism activities in September.
The land offered will be divided into four plots in Hurghada and Al Qusair cities, as part of the strategic plan for the governorate, said Abdeen Abdullah, Head of the Housing Directorate in the Red Sea Governorate.
In addition, pricing for the land tendered has been concluded in cooperation with Ministry of Investment.
Approximately 180 million Egyptian pounds were allocated to infrastructure projects in the governorate, including electricity, sewage, and drinking water plants, said Abdullah.
The total value of projects currently implemented in the governorate by the construction companies amounts to 650 million pounds and includes housing projects, sanitation and drinking water projects, roads, and land reclamation across various cities.
