Egypt’s Heliopolis Company for Housing and Development (HELI) is pumping investments worth 550 million Egyptian pounds ($29.6 million) into infrastructure and housing projects in new cities during financial year 2016/2017.
Wael Youssef, Vice President and Managing Director, told Amwal Al Ghad Tuesday that his company is implementing utilisation works in New Heliopolis City alongside residential projects in Sheraton.
The Egyptian official further noted that New Heliopolis City seizes lion’s share of current utilisation works during 2017.
HELI signed many contracts to execute electricity and sanitation plants as well as drinking water treatments units in cooperation with contracting firms, Youssef concluded.
