Heliopolis Housing mulls developing 400 feddans in New Cairo in 3Yrs

Egypt’s state-run Heliopolis Company for Housing and Development says it is studying developing 400 feddans at New Heliopolis City in New Cairo within the next three years.

Khaled El Marasy, Managing Director for Technical and Administrative Affairs, said Tuesday that Heliopolis Co. targets buildings new residential districts in partnership with a number of local real estate developers to carry out services projects.

El Marasy further added that his company also plans to pump investments worth 685 million Egyptian pounds ($37.7 million) within the financial year 2017/2018.
