Egypt’s construction firm, Alfa Marine says it will hand over 22 housing villas at the first residential district in the county’s new administrative capital within the first quarter of 2018.
The housing villas will be delivered at a cost totalling around 50 million Egyptian pounds ($2.8 million).
Hisham Bakr, Alfa Marine’s chairman, said Tuesday that the works consists of two different construction designs as well as some fully-fledged utilities.
The first design is made for four connected villas, while the second is for six connected villas, Bakr stated.
“We are currently executing 192 residential units at the social housing project in Sixth of October City, at a cost worth 25 million pounds,” the Egyptian official noted.
