Egypt’s construction company Al-Abd announces that it prepares to deliver the third phase of Asmarat housing flagship dedicated for risky slums dwellers in Mokattam district within December 2017.
The third phase is with total cost worth more than 550 million Egyptian pounds ($31 million), said Said Fattouh, Al-Abd’s managing director, on Monday.
Al-Abd is executing a number of fully-fledged utilities works as well as residential and service buildings in the third phase, Fattouh stated, adding that his company captures the lion’s share among the other firms working in Asmarat project.
“The company has handed over housing units and utilities projects within the first and second phases of Asmarat, at costs exceeding 700 million pounds,” the Egyptian official further noted.
