Sorouh Developments Company says it plans to deliver its fully-fledged flagship Entrada Compound in Egypt’s New Administrative Capital City, some 40km (24.8 miles) east of Cairo, within the next four years.
Entrada is with investments worth more than three billion Egyptian pounds ($169.9 million), said the company’s board member Walaa Alami on Thursday.
“The project will include 3,000 various units and will be executed on a space of 72 feddans in three construction phases,” Alami further added.
Sorouh is a shareholding firm comprising a number of Egyptian investors, who implemented more than real estate projects in Egypt, Turkey, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, and the United Arab Emirates.
