28 real estate firms win land plots in Egypt’s new capital: official
Egypt’s New Administrative Capital Company for Urban Development says 28 real estate firms have attained new land plots during the first and second launch of a bunch of residential districts in the new administrative capital.
Khaled Al-Husseini, New Administrative Capital Company’s spokesman and public relations manager, said Tuesday his company seeks to sell the land plots of the new capital’s seventh residential district.
“The seventh residential district was launched at the end of December 2017, with total 2,500 feddans,” Al-Husseini further stated.
“The real estate firms, which attained the land plots, have paid two percent of the lands’ total value,” the Egyptian official referred.
