Egypt’s OUD starts works on Heliopolis Hills in Obour City

Egypt’s property developer Orientals for Urban Development (OUD), affiliated to Oriental Weavers, says it has started carrying out its flagship Heliopolis Hills in Obour City, 35km (21.7 miles) northeast of Cairo.

The project is with investments estimated at 350 million Egyptian pounds ($19.6 million), said OUD’s managing owner Mohamed Farid Khamis on Wednesday.

“We have marketed 95 percent of Heliopolis Hills, which will see 164 villas, on a total space of 18 feddans,” Khamis stated, adding that OUD also seeks to deliver the project within the first quarter of 2020.
