Egypt’s Shahid Law Firm advising on 20 mergers and acquisitions

Egypt’s law firm Shahid is advising on 20 merger and acquisition deals through 2018, its managing partner told Amwal Al Ghad on Monday.

The deals are valued at $500 million and are in several sectors, mainly new energy, pharmaceutical, healthcare, and industrial, Girgis Abd El Shahid said.

Founded in 1987, Shahid is one of Egypt’s leading international law firms operating in Egypt, the region, and most recently in Ethiopia.
