Orascom to launch phase I of 6th Oct. City’s PPP housing project

Egypt’s Orascom Development Holding plans to launch the first phase of a new public-private partnership project (PPP), named O-West in Sixth of October City within the first quarter of 2019.

The fully-fledged residential project will be implemented in partnership with New Urban Communities Authority, an agency under Egyptian Ministry of Housing.

Spanning over 1,000 feddans or 4.2 million square metres, O-West is to include a bunch of medical and entertainment centres as well as housing units, varying between villas and apartments.
