Egypt’s six construction firms are in process to develop Palm Zahraa residential project in favour of state-owned Zahraa Maadi Investment and Development.
The construction firms include Al-Abd, Rolin, and Atlas General Contracting and Real Estate Investments, Zahraa Maadi’s finance manager Mohamed Sayed said on Sunday.
“The project’s cost is worth more than 160 million Egyptian pounds ($9 million),” Sayed said, adding that it is located in Zahraa Maadi area, 11km (6.8 miles) from Cairo.
“The works will include implementing nearly 18 residential buildings as well as a number of utilities works,” he said. The buildings are set to be completed within the second half of 2019.
