NUCA Bans Handling the Plots in Borg El Arab Al Gdeda

The New Urban Communities Authority, which is affiliated to the Ministry of Housing, has warned the citizens against selling or buying any of the plots which lie within the borders of the city of Borg El Arab Al Gdeda, which is located 60 km away from the Southwest of Alexandria.

In one of its statements, the Authority pointed out that some companies and individuals have offered plots for sale within the borders of the city of  Borg El Arab Al gdeda, with a length of 27 km and depth of 6.6 km. Such plots are subject to Presidential Decree no. (506) of 1979.

The Authority emphasized that it is the only entity which has the supervision on all the plots located within the borders of Borg El-Arab Al Gdeda, given that it is a new urban community. It added that such plots can only be handled through the Authority or the Apparatus of  the city of Borg El Arab Al Gdeda as prescribed by Act no. (59) of 1979.
