Ministers of Defense, Tourism Meets Sinai Investors to Discuss Security

A group of representatives of the businessmen and investors associations in Sinai will meet the Ministers of Defense and Tourism to discuss the latest developments in the security status of Sinai and the requirements for reinvigorating tourism in the next stage.

This was stated by Sami Suleiman, Chairman of the Nuweiba & Taba Investors Association. Suleiman confirmed to Amwal Al Ghad that the government plays an active role in restoring security in Sinai, in addtion to developing construction there, anticipating that the efforts of the government in the next period will positively affect the levels of work and production in the investment institutions in Sinai, be they industrial, agricultural, commercial, or relating to tourism.

He added that the government’s decisions for supporting Sinai will establish strong cooperation between the government and investors who are interested in launching investments in Sinai and who believe that this area is crucial to the economic development in Egypt.
