Egypt’s Societe Insurance Brokerage to tap Gulf markets by 2020

Egypt’s Societe Insurance Brokerage Company (SIB) is looking to tap Gulf markets within 2020, its sales and marketing director Abdel Rahman Raslan said on Monday.

“This comes as part of the company’s expansion plan in the Arabian Gulf area to boost its business volume given the boom the insurance markets there witnessed,” Raslan further told Amwal Al Ghad.

SIB has five branches, including its headquarters in Cairo besides two other offices in Alexandria governorate and Downtown Cairo, he added.

Also, SIB seeks to increase its geographical network to seven branches in Egypt at the end of 2020, by establishing two new in the Upper Egypt and Nile Delta cities, which attract various high-profile economic projects, he said.
