East Port Said Development to receive more 400,00 million sqm in Suez canal axis
East Port Said Development company is set to receive additional lands of 500,000 metre squares from the Suez Canal Economic Zone (SCZone) this week, General Manager of Commercial Affairs, Ahmed Al Mufti said Amwal Al Ghad .
He further noted that East Port Said Development is gradually receiving the lands after Suez Canal Economic Zone (SCZone) and Armed Forces Engineering Authority has completed the soil treatment works of this area.
“Adding the newly received parcels of land, the company’s land portfolio would reach about one million metres square during the current year” Al Mufti clarified.
East Port Said Development Company is responsible for the development, management, and marketing of the East Port Said Industrial Zone, which has a total area of 16 million sqm. It is assumed that the development process will take place in several phases.
