Egypt’s Heliopolis Housing on track to complete power plant debut
Egypt’s Heliopolis Co. for Housing and Development has completed 80 MW out of its 120 MW power plant debut in New Heliopolis City, north east of Cairo, said chairman on Tuesday.
The power plant is part of the state-owned company’s plan to develop infrastructure works in New Heliopolis followed by finalising a bunch of real estate flagships there, Hany El Deeb added.
Moreover, the company is currently establishing a new drinking water treatment station in New Heliopolis in three phases, at a capacity of 52,000 cubic metres a day, he added.
