The 11th edition of the Amwal Al Ghad Awards Ceremony 2026 has kicked off on Monday evening at the Four Seasons Hotel Cairo at Nile Plaza. It will bring together more than 400 executives, government officials and business leaders to celebrate corporate and individual achievements across Egypt’s economy.
Held under the patronage of Prime Minister Moustafa Madbouly, the annual event will recognise Egypt’s top 100 companies, 50 prominent women leaders, and other influential figures for their contributions to the country’s business and economic landscape.
The ceremony is organised by Amwal Al Ghad economic magazine and Exlnt Communications, affiliates of United Media Services.
Held this year under the theme “Leading the Narrative: Shaping the Future,” the event comes as Egypt’s businesses navigate a challenging global environment marked by economic uncertainty and geopolitical tensions.
A central part of the ceremony will be the recognition of the top 100 performing companies listed on the Egyptian Exchange, selected based on an assessment of market value, financial performance and contributions to the national economy, in collaboration with leading banks and think tanks.
The event will also honour more than 20 women who have played a key role in shaping Egypt’s business landscape, in cooperation with the Top 50 Women Forum, a platform bringing together female technocrats and business leaders.
Winners of several awards will also be announced during the ceremony, including the Top Achiever Award, the Entrepreneurs Award, the AI-Powered Financial Services Excellence Award, the Lifelong Achievement Award, the Fintech & Innovation Excellence Award, the Talaat Harb Award, and the Man of the Year Award.
The gathering aims to provide a platform for dialogue between policymakers and the private sector on economic reforms, sustainable growth and innovation, while highlighting government efforts to strengthen private-sector participation in the economy.
Launched in 2015, the Amwal Al Ghad Awards Ceremony has become one of Egypt’s annual business events, recognising achievements across sectors including finance, banking, industry, energy, real estate and technology.
