Arab Misr Insurance GIG, Fawry Contract to Collect Compulsory Motor Premiums

Makeen Lotfy Business & Products Development General Manager at Arab Misr Insurance Group (GIG) said his company succeeded to contract with Fawry Electronic Bill Service to collect compulsory motor insurance premiums through its branches, after agreeing with the General Directorate of Traffic to facilitate for customers.

Makeen explained that this system was applied during the first phase in the traffic management of Nozha el Gededa, pointing out that the second phase will be activated  through 15 ports.

Furthermore, he explained that this system will contribute in reducing the administrative expenses of insurance companies, along with providing capacity for clients and compulsory insurance policies , which will lead to cancel kiosks insurance companies of different traffic departments.
