Avaya, Suez Canal Authority Ink EGP12 mln Partnership Deal in IT Sector

Avaya Aura a leading provider of next-generation business collaboration announced for signing joint cooperation with Suez Canal Authority (SCA) among Cairo ICT exhibition.

Throughout the cooperation, SCA will bind to EGP15 K via Avaya Aura Communication Manager, and the cooperation will allow for SCA to make the best use of the several benefits which provided by Avaya including strengthening the capacity ,reduce costs and improve the capabilities of the work such as customer service.

The total investments of the cooperation up EGP12 million at one phase and it will be finally implemented by the next June.

SCA is one of the most important waterways in the world, and SCA regulator will apply substantial updates communication capabilities.
