Crédit Agricole Egypt (CIEB.CA) has reported today its financial results posting a net profit after tax of EGP 365.4 million for the period from 01/01/2013 till 30/06/2013 to represent an increase of 38.75%, compared to EGP 263.3 million a year earlier.
Also, Credit Agricole’s H1/2013 consolidated profits surged by 33.6% to EGP 353.2 billion, opposed to EGP 264.2 billion for H1/2012.
The bank’s deposits for the first half of this year hiked by 2.20% to EGP 32.260 billion, compared to EGP 22.760 billion for the same period a year earlier.
Moreover, the H1/2013 standalone business results reported a rise in the bank’s total loans by 3.04% to EGP 13.174 billion, higher than a year earlier results of EGP 12.786 billion.
