EFSA Receives 40 Complaints against Funds and Insurance Companies

 The Egyptian Financial Supervisory Authority (EFSA) has received 40 complaints regarding the insurance companies and funds  within June 2013, against 48 complaints in May 2013.

The largest part of complaints was against property insurance companies with 67.5% and 2.5% focused on individuals insurance, while the complaints against the private insurance funds was 30%.

The policyholders complaints against property insurance companies during June 2013 reached 59.3% of supplementary car insurance , and followed by compulsory car insurance which up 25.9% complaints.
