The trade exchange between Egypt and African countries soared by 14.4 percent year on year (YoY) in 2022, according to Egyptian Cabinet’s Information and Decision Support Center (IDSC).
According to the data provided on Monday, the trade exchange reached a value of $8.6 billion, up from $7.5 billion in 2021.
Egyptian exports to African countries reached a value of $6.3 billion in 2022, going up from $5.5 billion in 2021, with an increase of 14 percent YoY.
