Egypt Post: Call Centre Service Opened for Customers in Q1

The National Postal Authority – Egypt Post will launch its call centre service within the beginning of first quarter of 2015.

In cooperation with Egypt’s Ministry of Information and Communication Technology (MCIT), the call center is set to receive customers’ suggestions and complaints, respond to suggestions, solve problems and answer products and services-related queries, said Maged Gabriel – Egypt Post’s deputy head for Products and Marketing Sector.
