Egypt to partake in World Travel Market London fair

18 Egyptian tourism companies and 26 hotels are going to participate in the World Travel Market (WTM) exhibition in London on Monday.

The Egyptian delegation will take part in the exhibition through a 360 metre square pavilion.

EgyptAir, Egyptian Tourism Federation, as well as government and media officials alongside representatives of South Sinai, Red Sea, Alexandria, and New Valley governorates will also partake in the WTM.

The WTM World Travel Market will take place Sunday from Monday, November7, to Wednesday, November 9, 2016 in London.

WTM World Travel Market is an annual business to business exhibition for travel industry professionals. WTM brings together the largest global industry gathering of destinations, tour operators, and hotels.

Egypt’s Minister of Tourism Yehia Rashed is heading to London Sunday to attend WTM’s activities where he chairs his country’s delegation.

Rashed stressed the importance of the Egyptian participation in the WTM, confirming that the exhibition is the second biggest travel trade show after the ITB Berlin in Germany.

ITB International Travel Trade Show Berlin is the world’s largest travel trade fair. It provides a unique opportunity to look behind the curtain of the global tourism industry.
