EGX 70 soared by 1.10 percent and gained 42.66 points to close at 3,919.11. The index recorded a day high value of 3,947.27 and a day low value of 3,876.45.

EGX 30 Capped slipped by -2.42 percent and lost 657.05 points to reach a value of 26,470.06. The index recorded a day high value of 27,254.59 and a day low value of 26,470.06.
