Egyptian-Turkish Shipping Line Receives 29 tours In 4 Months

Admiral Ahmed Naguib, Head of Port Said Port Authority, asserted that the Egyptian-Turkish shipping line received 29 tours, coming from the Turkish Port of Iskenderun to Port Said port, through 4 months, from December 2012 to March 2013.

The port received during that period 8377 passengers from different nationalities, and the ships unloaded 2505 tons of goods and loaded 2308 tons. The admiral elaborated that the last ship received by the Egyptian-Turkish shipping line was “NISSOS RODOS”, a Greek one, which was carrying 694 different- nationalities passengers, 72 trucks, 14 buses, 8 cars and 3 motorcycles.

On the same context, Naguib confirmed that the Egyptian-Turkish shipping line works regularly even the last political incidents that Port Said governorate witnessed.
