Egypt’s property developer Amaar Group says it is launching Beit Ward project in Hadayek October area in Sixth of October City, in partnership with state-owned Delta Sugar.

The public-private partnership residential project (PPP) will be developed over 10,000 square metres in two phases, with investments worth 36 million Egyptian pounds ($2 million), Amaar’s chairman Abeer Essam said on Thursday.

“Beit Ward is set to include 240 housing units, with spaces varying between 85 square metres and 170 square metres,” Essam said told Amwal Al Ghad.

Amaar plans to start selling the project’s second phase within the second half of 2019, she said, adding that his company has signed a contract with Egyptian Concord Real Estate to market the project.
