Egypt’s Central Agency Holds Economic Housing Project In 3 Settles

Khaled Fouda, Governor of South Sinai, has stated that it is agreed with the Central Agency for Construction to establish an average housing and economic project overall services according to the needs of population with required cost prices, in South Sinai, Dahab and Ras Sudr.

The governor said we will make the best use of this project after paying 50% from the unified value and the rest will be paid over ten years.

This came within the coordination meeting with brigade Mohammed Nasser, Chairman of the Central Agency for Reconstruction, Shaker Dergham, the General Director of the Housing Financing Fund (HFF) which affiliated to the Housing Ministry and with the attend of Eng. Mohamed El Saka head of the Central Reconstruction Agency in Sinai.

Fouda said we will call sheikhs and tribes in order to hold a general conference with the participation of the head of Agency so as to launch the project that meets with their needs.

Fouda has further emphasized that it is agreed to finalize the problems which related to the investors in Sharm Mieh sector and make matching between developing the entry of Sharm El Sheikh way and investors demands.
