Egypt’s HC Securities advising on $90 million acquisition deals
Egyptian investment bank HC Securities and Investment is working on two acquisition deals, Mahmoud Selim, head of HC’s investment banking division, told Amwal Al Ghad on Wednesday.
The acquisitions are valued at $90 million and are in the health sector, Selim said. They are in favour of foreign investors, he added.
“The deals are in advanced stages … and will be completed before the first half of 2020,” Selim said.
