Egypt’s Inflation Registered Negative Rate Of 0.25% In November

Egypt’s core inflation rate set by the Central Bank of Egypt (CBE) registered a negative rate of 0.25% last November, compared to 1.18% last October. The annual core inflation rate also dropped to 4.20% in November, compared to 4.64% in October.

The Central Agency for Public Mobilization and Statistics (CAPMAS) announced that the consumer price index retreated by 1.31% in November, compared to an increase of 0.79% in October. The annual inflation rate dropped to 4.25% in November, compared to 6.70% in October.
