Egypt’s Real Mark lining up to execute new project in Tanta

Egyptian Real Mark is planning to implement a new project in Tanta city, 94km (58.4 miles) north of Cairo, with total investments of 400 million Egyptian pounds ($22.3 million), said its chairman on Monday.

The project will be carried out in partnership with a U.S. company that owns the land plot, along with Saudi Al Hussan Group and real estate marketing firm, ERA Commercial Egypt, Mohamed Noweir further added.

“The administrative building is spanning over 16,000 square metres,” Noweir said.

Real Mark is an integrated real estate marketing firm and is an affiliate to the country’s Holding Company for Construction and Development (HCCD).
