European markets briefing 18/08/2023

The European markets closed low on Friday with London’s FTSE falling by -0.65 percent to 7,262.43, losing 47.78 points.

The German DAX slipped by -0.65 percent and lost 102.64 points, to close at 15,574.26.

The French CAC 40 dropped by -0.38 percent and lost 27.63 points to reach a value of 7,164.11.
