The Chairman of IBDA, Egyptian Business Development Association, Hassan Malek, has decided to file a lawsuit against Eng. Moheeb Abdel Satar, Head of Internal Trade Development Authority (ITDA), who has resigned lately, due to involving the association in the reasons of his resignation.
Malek, in his statement today, said he was surprised by involving the association and its board in a not-related matter; denying any protocols or memos between the EBDA and ITDA.
He mentioned that the association didn’t include the foreign trade sector in its investment plans during the current period; emphasizing his refusal of labeling the association or even his name. He threatened to litigate any one label with association and negatively use its name.
