HSBC Oman Asks Customers To Update Personal Info

HSBC Bank Oman is encouraging customers to update their personal data records by visiting their closest branch by September-end, in an effort to continuously improve engagement and service delivery.

Customers stand a chance to win one of five cash prizes of RO5,000 each in a raffle draw, says the bank. “This exchange of information comes at a crucial stage as we inch closer to the successful completion of our integration process, said Alan Jarman, head of Retail Banking and Wealth Management at HSBC Bank Oman.

“The process is simple, quick and easy. Customers need to visit their closest HSBC Bank Oman branch, complete a ‘Customer Information Form’ and present their national identity card or resident card and passport to a customer service representative, with no appointments necessary, he added.
HSBC Bank Oman was formed after the merger of Oman International Bank and HSBC Middle East Limited, Oman.

Combining one of the largest nation-wide networks with one of the world’s largest banking and financial services organizations, the recently formed entity offers a host of attractive products and services for corporate and retail customers with an aim to connect customers’ ambitions to the right opportunities.
