Israeli soldier shoots Palestinian man with disabilities in West Bank

An Israeli soldier shot and injured Tariq Al-Ghazawi, a Palestinian young man with disabilities, in the village of Khirbet Qilqis south of Hebron in the southern occupied West Bank, according to a video reviewed by CNN on Tuesday.

The Israeli occupation forces fired live bullets on Tarek, causing injury to his leg, after they asked for his identification card. “Anybody who meets Tarek can tell immediately he has special needs,” his brother said.

On the same day, the Israeli forces detained at least 38 Palestinians, including a woman, and shot nine citizens with live rounds, in various parts of the West Bank.
