Nokia launches new AI tool for industrial workers

Technology company Nokia has unveiled a new AI-powered tool called “MX Workmate” that generates messages for industrial workers based on real-time data, an official statement said on Wednesday.

The tool uses generative AI large language models (LLMs) to provide early warnings about machine failure, recommend repairs, offer solutions to improve production quality and rates, and address accidents at factories, the statement added.

“MX Workmate Generative AI LLM capabilities will change the OT environment, enabling industries to enhance their teams’ skills to improve efficiency, increase productivity and fully integrate IT/OT operations,” said Vice President of Enterprise Solutions at Nokia.
