Promise Calls On Insurers To Donate For Families of Assiut Accident Victims
Promise Insurance Brokerage Company called on insurance companies to donate to the families of the children killed in an accident in Assiut.
About 51 young children were killed last Saturday when a train collided with their bus on a railway crossing in Manfalut, 356 kilometres (220 miles) south of Cairo.
Ahmed Naguib, managing director of Promise Insurance Brokerage, said no compensation for the families will be enough. However, such donations may contribute to equipping Assuit hospital so as to avert the occurrence of a similar disaster.
The insurance sector has to stand together to improve the hard conditions of people of Assiut, he added. Ahmed Naguib expressed his deep condolence for the families of the victims.
