Samsung Opens 2 Service Centers For Mobile Devices

In keeping with its commitment to guarantee its customers’ satisfaction, Samsung officially opened recently two new service centers both in Riyadh and in Jeddah entirely dedicated to mobile phone services.

In Jeddah, the center is only a few minutes away from Souq AlAmir, the largest mobile phone market in Jeddah, while in Riyadh, Samsung concluded a strategic partnership with Techno Care to provide these services within the quality standard set by Samsung.

Kyung Tae Bae, Samsung MENA region president, cut the ribbon in both cities in presence of Samsung upper management and esteemed members.

Kyung Tae Bae said “Samsung’s success in the Saudi market has been continuous over the last years. We are very well aware that this is thanks to our customers. I believe our products have what it takes to satisfy our customers and, to complement their satisfaction, I trust that our service centers will answer the call.”

“Allow me to add that we have recently scored a notable growth in sales across all our product ranges, especially in the hand-held phones division. Again, this is thanks to our customers’ ratings that placed us as the number one brand in Saudi Arabia on the YouGov Brand Index,” he added.
