Bahrain has sent the second aid shipment to Gaza and it arrived on Thursday at El Arish International Airport in Egypt to be delivered to the Egyptian Red Crescent, which will then be handed over to the Palestinian Red Crescent in the Gaza Strip.
The shipment included 40 tons of medical, food, and relief materials to assist Palestinians and alleviate their suffering due to the ongoing Gaza war, said Moustafa Al-Sayed, Secretary General of Royal Humanitarian Foundation (RHF).
It is worth mentioning that Bahrain’s King Hamad bin Isa Al-Khalifa has donated $8.5 million to a national campaign providing humanitarian aid to the Palestinian people in Gaza, as part of Bahrain’s ongoing humanitarian efforts.
