TDA Offers EGP500 mln Resort In Marsa Alam

Tarek Saad El Din, CEO of Tourism Development Authority (TDA), said the board has approved offering 4 ventures in the touristic investment during December in Ain Sukhna, Nabq and Marsa Alam.

The CEO also mentioned that the authority has offered a venture of touristic resort in Marsa Alam on an area of million square meters, at EGP 500 million investing cost, so as to host the European teams training during winter season.

Saad El Din said the authority will offer half a million square meters for tourism investment in Ain Sukhna, that amounts to EGP 300 million for serving the industrial sector west Suez gulf.

He added that the authority will present lands for constructing the Downtown center on an area of 250 thousand square meters in Nabq and Ain Sukhna as well Marsa Alam. The costs of Downtown center reach EGP 150 million.
